Hose bib broke. Hose bib is broken and need to replace gate valve and some 3/4 piping. Replace hose bib and put new valve in with some new 3/4 copper pipe. Kitchen sink and laundry stoppage. Cleared outside clean out. To locate leak under tub, I had to cut and remove some dry wall and find the leak. Found leak in tub drain, will need new tub drain assembly and trap. Estimate: Will have to replace tub drain and trap to probably connect fire stop under tub around tub drain with green board fire sparsely. 2nd tech to help make connection under tub must needed. If this attempt to connect is not possible which may be necessary, we will have to take tub out to properly connect.

Rebuild delta kitchen faucet. Septic Pump Out Supply malfunction under kitchen sink. Cold side. Replace two supply hose under kitchen sink with new steel braided supply lines. Mace posy temp cartridge into Moen faucet. Main line stoppage. Auger from vent. Tested OK Pulled back sludge. Replace old faucet with new stainless steel pull out spray faucet in kitchen. Complete with new stainless steel supply hoses. House is running out of hot water too soon. Lower element of hot water heater had short in it and melted part of the element. Removed lower element. Installed new 4500 watt 240V element with new seal.

Toilet stoppage. Snaked, and plunged toilet several times until toilet was flushing. Seems to be a little slow, possibly due to toilet or something caught in drain. Replaced kitchen waste arm all the way to vent stack used SCH 40 1 1/2 PVC. Had to access through wall. Everything is working at this time. Rebuilt 2 toilets also. 2 bottles of Bio one enzymes treatment for plumbing pipes and septic tank drain field treatment. Replaced basket strainer on K/S left hand side. Company agrees to cleanout catch basin grade trench and hydro scrub complete storm drain system. Replaced faucet cartridge Septic Pump Out Replace existing 3" line at highest point to maintain proper fall to existing 4" main sewer line ensuring 1/8" of fall per foot. Concrete work and tractor necessary for more timely completion. Shoring and dewatering to make connection.

Cost to pull toilet, cable and reset. Floor drains is backing up. Ran k-60 cable through cleanout by drive through. Ran 30'. Pulled back soup pad on cable. Tested all lines. Drains fine. Cost to cable drain and camera cut water main line feed into the house. Replaced shut-off valve and fittings. Replaced angle stop in master bath to toilet.

Slab leak. Diagnostic charge for 2 techs cost to replace low box water heater on 3rd floor, pad catch, pan. Reconnect to discharge. Howl away old heater. Floor drain under salead prep clogged. Ran 75' of 5/8 cable thru 2" floor drain. Cleared stoppage.

Septic Pump Out Installed a customer supplied hose bib. Cut out section of wall and locate leak. Toilet is leaking at the base. Pulled and reset toilet. Was unable to tightened down due to broken flange. Pulled toilet and chipped out old PVC closet flange. Installed new flange and rest toilet. Replaced flappers in toilets. Adjusted flappers in toilets. High pressure drain restoration of mainline roots in cast iron due to corrosion of cleanout. Cleanout needs to replaced to fix problem and keep roots from getting back into main line. Clogged kitchen sink. High water bill. Replace 1 toilet fill valve. Checked meter. No longer moving.

Septic Pump Out Cable tub drain via overflow inside access behind tub. Install customer supplies kitchen faucet. Cut hole for sprayer. Install new supply line. Cable kitchen/ laundry line via roof vent. Unable to cable line due to collapse under slab. Toilet clogged.

Bad garbage disposal. Installed new garbage disposal. Cleared toilet stoppage and rebuilt toilet. Replace all plastic plumbing under kitchen sink and cleared dishwasher hose. Standard 30gal. Electric water heater. Replace 1 boiler drain on W/M box. MLS.

Found major collapsed line sewer in front of building 40 feet from cleanout. Cable main line with Spartan 300 new Rigid Camera to verify if line is clear after jetting. High pressure jetting with jetter to clear line. Cleared stoppage. Line is still holding water duet to collapsed line. Rebuilt 3 handle tub faucet, new chrome and trim, stems and seats.

Installed provided tub Oran , drain cross threaded, had to cut out. Also cut out small section of wood to male room for waste arm. Filled upstairs tub and drained. No leaks.

Repair 3/4 water line. Leak in home from the gas water heater. Replaced standard 40gal. Gas water heater. Removed and disposed of 2 bad toilets. Installed new wax rings. Then assembled 2 new toilets before installing them onto toilet flange. Tightened toilets to the floor. Also installed 2 new toilet seats. Need to pull up toilet and set aside. Run cable down through toilet flange until stoppage is cleared. Reset toilet with new wax ring to steal toilet to floor. Another tech came out on 1/4/2007 , couldn't repair because of failing parts on installation. Already gave the estimate to replace. I bypassed water line going to insta-hot to stop leaking. Ran pistol machine thru trap adapter. Stoppage on waste arm. Cleared stoppage. Tested and drains fine. Installed new hose bib on copper pipe.

Lav Moen faucet disassembled. Strongly recommend a new faucet. Installed customer furnished Moen cartridge. Leak at dish pit. Tighten packing nut under pre-rinse sink. Also replace bar sink strainer @ ice melt sink. Main line stoppage through outside cleanout. Ran cable about 15" feet and camera line. Replaced 1 1/2 backflow preventer 975XL676992 with 2341098. Bring backflow up to code. Raise back flow up and install rigid copper. Dig down to existing PVC and transition into 1 1/2 copper. Install concrete pad. Permit and test included. Company found that main line for building was stopped up completely due to concrete of some type in line. Also cross tee will not allow drain cleaning machine or hydro scrub to be performed from unit. Tried to use attic vent to scrub lines. Fire wall access would not allow machine to fit through access. No choice was left but to penetrate wall above mirror to avoid damage to mirror or cabinets remove 2 sections of wall to cut stack for access to main drain system . Ran 300 machine several times and hydro jetter times using camera for removal of debris all the way to main 6" line. W/C was removed to visually cross to avoid breaking of fixture. As happened in the past, fixtures were reinstalled and caulked and wall were replaced. Maintenance will due compound and fixtures worked as agreed.

Rebuild summons tub and shower valve. Disassemble shower valve in hall bath. Rebuilt valve using customer provided parts. Reassemble greased. No leaks, operates fine. Tub stoppage. Augur bath tubs and pulled out hair. Tested OK. Septic Pump Out Main line stoppage. Septic tank just pump today. Bathroom is backing up. Ran K-60 cable though VTR. Ran to outlet for tank. Stoppage clear. Tested with paper. Drains fine

Leaky tub faucet. Repaired customer supplied washer and springs. Replaced drain strainer 1" with new piece of pipe 1" under water toner system. Replaced T and S water toner display unit. Main line stoppage. Unable to locate cleanout. Ran K-60 cable through roof vent. Ran 60' from VTR. Stoppage cleared. Ran video inspection through same VTR. Found no breaks in line. Sewer line is PVC. Inspected all the way to city cleanout. Install K-sink. Replace hot side angle stop with Dual Stop. Removed old porcelain sink. Replaced with customer supplied sink and faucet. Replaced drainage and water supplies. Replaced garbage disposal for new sink. Shut off hot water. Replaced side angle stop with dual stop. Brought back on. No leaks.

Septic Pump Out Sloan valve is leaking from housing. Replaced Sloan valve ( lower) in Men's room urinal as requested. Plumbing issues Faucet is leaking and waste and needs to be replaced. There is also a leak on a angle stop. Repair 1 angle stop Replace 1 indirect waste arm. Replace 2 HDL on kit faucet. Filter replacement. Replace 2 filters at soda water disposers. Replace 3 filters at ice machine. Sanitize all housings. Hook filters back up and previously disconnected ice maker filter housings. Turn on water and flush all lines.

Dug hole with excavator about 18" down. Cut out 2" section of galvanized pipe. Installed a ball valve above ground level. Poured a concrete slab around water main. Faucet broken. Replace tie faucet cartridge. Water leak. 1/2" copper leaking behind wall.

Removed damaged drywall to expose leak. Cut out bad section and repipe. Rerouted 12" CPVC and ball valve to reconnect bad pipe. Faucet leaking. Repaired existing cartridge.

Shut off current well pump. Shut off well water via gate valve at rear of home. Left existing pipe per customers request for future use for outside spigot. Trenched 200+' to install new pipe of 1" PVC. Converted to 3/4 CPVC of the shut off ball valve. Purged system to remove any debris and tested flow and faucet inside the home. Backfilled trench after leak test was performed. Replaced old tank with new 42gal. Repaired existing PVC piping with new. Rewired pump to by-pass old tank. Installed new tank and regulated pressure delivered to house.

Pipe burst under building cast iron pipe. Piranha located all tie into building where pipe has collapsed under building in units 8705 and 8707. Drain Doctors is not responsible if it is not the right spot. Payment due upon completion. Septic Pump Out Septic Pump Out Install new 1/3 horsepower sump pump which comes with five year warranty on pump. Faulty faucet, slow drain. Install new T and S bar faucet. Install stupor vent for bar sink. Urinal valve. Install Sloan flush valve. K-sink stoppage. Ran K-60 cable through VTR. Ran approx. 45' of cable. Stoppage cleared @ bottom of stack. Tested both sides with drop test drains fine.

Toilet rebuild. Rebuilt toilet in garage. Replaced fill valve and flapper. No leaks. Operates normally. Replaced shower head in master bath. Septic Pump Out.

Drain field blown out. Wash tub fills up when washing machine drains. Cabled through laundry waste arm and pulled back a healthy amounts of hair. Ran washer to test and ran laundry tub to test, all OK. Leak in laundry tub drain- replaced basket strainer Leak in waste arm of kitchen sink 1 1/2" cast drain line in 4 spots.

Demo outside concrete block wall behind kitchen sink to access corroded 1 1/2" drain line. Removed entire waste arm and trap adapter out to vent stack hub inside wall and replace with new 1 1/2" SCH 40 PVC drain line waste arm including new DMV fittings and trap adapter. Repair concrete patch in back of home behind kitchen sink tested and final site clean up. New shower head is leaking. Tightened up all connections of new shower head. No more leaks. Cable main line and removed water closet. Cache fee of sewer replacement. Televise main.

Kitchen stoppage. Recommend a new waste arm. Pulled trap and ran 20' of 3/8 cable through waste arm. Cleared stoppage. Company replaced 1 disposal in K/S with 2 parts waste. Replace pox angle stops with crimp ring as per UPC standards on pox to pox and rebuilt hall bath W/C. Repipe home. Repipe with CPVC. All fixtures 2 outside hose faucets. 1 new ball valve outside. All new 90 stops. Chrome ring for toilet white inside cabinets on outside. Water supply ran outside house in master bath. May have more drywall damage do to concrete wall as well as ice maker. Cable main line with 100 Spartan video inspect line afterwards.

Toilet problem. Replace fill valve in first stall women bathroom and flapper. MLS. Cable main line through cleanout with Spartan 100 machine and after stoppage is cleared video inspect line to see if there is any damage. Install 40 gal electric hot water heater. Replace emergency shut off valve. Water leaking on 2" copper gate valve. Need to turn off water to main. Cut out sections of 2" copper pipe as well as cut out sections of 1" copper pie. Polish up old pieces that will be re-used, as well as new pieces in order to properly sweat copper and new 2" ball valve instead of gate valves because ball valves last a lot longer period of time then gate valves. Check for less leaks after turning water back on. Clean up mess and dispose of bad pieces of copper as well as old 2" valve.

Leaking faucet in kitchen. Remove existing Moen faucet and replace with Premium Delta lifetime warranty with pull out spray head with white finish. Pump out holding tank.

Septic Pump Out Augured and plunged toilet to clear blockage. Installed new angle stop. Price includes labor and materials. Tightened shut off valve. Cleared clog in ice bin drain.

Company attempted to recover earring that customer said went down drain line. Cleaned out and snaked tub trap and performed video inspection. Was not able to recover earring.

Recommend clear blockage and then camera inspect all waste lines for hydro scrub. Also clear debris from fill valves and rebuild toilets for higher G.P.F

Made repair to kitchen sink waste line trap assembly. Replaced flapper in master bathroom toilet. Made adjustment to water level in main bath toilet. Cabled through tub overflow to clear blockage. Removed large amounts of hair. Recommended drainage screens. Total estimated price to replace 2 boilers. Kitchen stoppage. Jetted VR again and cleared stoppage. Ran Camera thru vent at 70' to 80' seen major belly in line, Jack hammered floor, haul off concrete, repair 2"cast iron pipe. Install new PVC pipe, backfill dirt and patch concrete. Proposed work is for unit 105 only. If work exceeds outside of unit105 work will be extra.

Women's toilet is backing up. Toilet is not clogged upon arrival. Tested several times. Contacted Charlie Finesse, explained situation. Went ahead for camera shot. Pulled women's room toilet. Video inspected line through toilet flange. Line under slab is PVC. Unable to find any breaks or debris in line. Ran all the way to cast iron line. Reset toilet. Replaced wax ring and toilet supply.
